Descrizione
The course aims to highlight all factors that can influence safety in the workplace, potentially leading to a deterioration in the environment and working conditions. It covers topics ranging from an unfavorable microclimate and inadequate or excessive lighting to risks arising from using software without proper training, as well as more traditional risks like electrical hazards or fire safety.
The training’s objective, in compliance with the State-Regions Agreement in effect since January 26, 2012, and subsequent amendments, is to provide essential knowledge and methods to understand the specific risks faced by employees working in companies classified as "low risk." Participants will learn about the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the regulatory framework governing workplace safety and health.
Additionally, the training aims to develop analytical skills (risk identification), behavioral awareness (risk perception), and general knowledge of concepts such as damage, risk, prevention, legislative insights, and the role of regulatory bodies in workplace safety and health.
Programma
The course content is structured in a linear and sequential manner: each module must be completed before moving to the next. Each module is self-contained and employs various educational methodologies (e.g., instructor-led videos, animated infographics, cartoon-style videos, interactive moments, and motion graphic videos). The course concludes with a final test to assess knowledge gained during the training.
